Exchange Policy
We understand choosing the perfect rug for your home can be tricky. That’s why we offer a one-month exchange guarantee if the rug doesn’t complement your decor. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an exchange is necessary due to this reason, we’ll cover the courier fee to send the rug back to us. In the case of the exchange, you’ll be responsible for the courier fee to get the new rug delivered. If an exchange isn’t ideal, we may also be able to offer store credit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your rug within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The carpet must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
We Do Not Offer Refunds, Only Exchanges.
